Application - Fireseed
Hello,
I'm Francois (aka fireseed or Frank), Imhrien's (Sola's) hubby. I've already run a few times with you guys as your +1, better than a pug. I'm interested in joining the team a bit more regularly so applying to the guild. Will keep this “shortish” for me, as many of you who know me already know I'm prone to walls of text.
What do you expect from the raid
guild you'd like to belong to?
Group that gets together
regularly, (aka reliable), is friendly to eachother (not jerks), but
where everyone pushes themselves to do their best (not leeching).
Any personal data you feel like sharing (name, age, gender, nationality, hobbies, etc)
Canadian expat, living in Netherlands (and as previously mentioned married to Sola). Don't feel like sharing much more at this time.
Current raid ready character names with professions and equipment (basically anything you deem raid ready)
Only have one raid character I'm very comfortable with, a Condi PS. Normally only raided with another group and kinda got stuck into the role (as it's a typical building block).
I would seriously like to start trying a few new roles eventually
during more “pratice” focused runs. I generally prefer support roles to straight dps. Mesmer in particular
interests me, but would need a bit of advice on setting it up (and
not sure if I should wait until after the balance patch).
Why would you like to be in this raid guild? Also how did you find out about us?
Already have friends in the guild, at the philosophy seems about right for what I'm looking for.
Estimated activity level per week
Currently committed to raiding with another group on Monday nights, but would really like to raid at least one more time per week. Wednesday and Sundays are both fine in general, though I think I'd prefer to only commit to one night per week at least to start out with. Although I've been raiding regularly with another group, I had been fairly burned out of the game at the time (often only logging in once week to do so), so I don't want to commit to the two nights with you guys just yet until I get a sense of how much I enjoy raiding twice a week.
