What do you expect from the raid guild you'd like to belong to?
A guild that focuses on fun rather than hardcore progression, has good cohesion and knows how to have a good laugh
Any personal data you feel like sharing (name, age, gender, nationality, hobbies, etc)
I'm 28, male, from the UK, tall dark and handsome (Asa can vouch for this!). I shout at computers for a living and come up with business reasons to justify my spending on IT in the building.
Outside of work, my hobbies are drinking/partying, skiing, cooking (I trained as a chef before realising working in that industry would destroy my passion for food) and buying even more clothes
Current raid ready character names with professions and equipment (basically anything you deem raid ready)
Ladydaemon - DH/FB - FB gear is almost full ascended, just need a few more bits. DH is full ascended
Tammy - Warrior, I'm rusty on this and would have to send over Lady's gear to raid on it. Doing so, would not be a problem at all if I ever needed too. I'm working on ascended Weapons where I couldn't send stuff over. I have a longbow, almost got a sword and working on the other bits. I mostly PvP/WvWvW Spellbreaker on this lass
Why would you like to be in this raid guild? Also, how did you find out about us?
I found out about you guys through Asa who mentioned that you were looking for raiders. I then filled in a spot in two raids you had running when you needed.
I've raided in a lot of games often at a world/region/server first level. I've seen a lot of raid teams, I've raid led and seen a lot of raid callers. When I raided with you guys for the first time, I don't think I had ever felt so welcome and comfortable with a raid group of people (apart from Asa) I had never even uttered a word too before.
Not only that but as someone who had never raided in Gw2 with the only preparation I had for the fights was reading the strats on the way home after Asa asked me. Despite this, you guys were very patient and took the time to go over what I knew from reading, explain how you do the fights and did not bat an eye anytime I had a question. It was very much apricated. Fireseed was raid leading that night I believe, and I’d like to give a special thanks to him. He’s a fantastic raid caller as I can see with a soothing voice clearly made for radio!
Estimated activity level per week
Most evenings unless I'm out with friends
Timezone
GMT/BST depending on the time of year
Anything else you want to share with us
Not currently, unless you'd like me to write an essay on my myriad of other interests, taste in music, films/tv/theatre, women, favourite places to holiday...
I should stop writing now, Asa knows about my ability to write for hours...

I think he is in a very similar situation I was a year (and 6 days) ago when I applied: no prior experience from GW2's raids but a lot of potential. I'm not sure exactly whose awesomeness this speaks to but the very first raid he did was a W1 with us, without even having much warning about the bosses we were going to do, and he got The Eternal.
TL;DR: good guy, can play, puns and forum posts long enough for the both of us. He'll make a fine addition to the team.
Asa and I met doing a Heroic 4 on Voss while levelling. Then after hitting level cap one of my friends organised a raid and we pugged some DPS and low and behold Asa was there. It was also the first and certainly not the last time I would skank tank in SWTOR.
Fast forward a month I think and I get headhunted by a PvE guild because they get fed up of facing against me in PvP (I used to be good at PvP). You'll never guess who was in this guild!
That was December 2011...
