Application - eithedog
Hello,
I'd like to apply to regular raiding group - it would be nice to do something difference once in a while, and given that I like chilled out atmosphere of DPS I hope it's maintained in the raiding group as well. While yes, people are investing time, and it's a shame when somebody dies or we don't reach the target in given mechanic, I'd like it if people remember that it's just a game and not the end of the world (having said that, it would be good to see some degree of effort
). So yeah, that's my outlook on things.

My name is Pawel, and I'm Polish, currently living in UK, in small-ish city of Peterborough. I'd say that my main hobby is boulder climbing (I've been doing that for 2y now, managed 6a recently, woohoo), and of course computer games. So, if I'm not at the wall, I generally spend my time in front of computer. But to be fair I like to cycle as well (given the capriciousness of english weather), watching TV series en masse (current favorite - Utopia), listening to music (current favorite - Teeth of the Sea, you can find me here: http://www.last.fm/user/eithed)
Current raid ready character names with professions and equipment
Currently I think most of my characters are equipped to the given requirements (exo weapons/armor, asc trinkets). However, I'm mostly playing my main Ei the Dog (guardian) and secondary Nemo of the Loss (engineer) and I'd say these are the classes I'm most familiar with (on both of them I'm full asc with weapon change). I'll be happy to come on different classes if needed, but I've not spent so much time as on above-mentioned two.
Why would you like to be in this raid guild? Also how did you find out about us?
I don't mind trying new things and I like achievements - so far raiding didn't feel like a chore when I've been joining, so I think that's the main reason. I've been doing raids before, and people would get unreasonably... attached to the game, to the point where I'd get an essay about stuff I've done wrong after each raid. So far I've not seen that, so that's good (but to be fair I've not left any contact information ;P). I'm happy if you'll tell me what build to use / what to change, but I can see when I go wrong and don't really need scolding.

Estimated activity level per week
I've been online most of the evenings lately, but I think this will change - I generally train at the climbing wall in a schedule of: mon / wed / fri first week, tue / thu second week, but was unable to do so recently due to a injury. I can shuffle days around (like, move wed / fri to thu / sat), so that's not a big deal, but if you've got a google sheet with other people's schedule I could plan my time ahead. Sundays are fine.
If it's a scheduled thing, I don't miss it or give a response in advance that I won't be there.

Raiding wise - please note I've not been playing for some time, but as far as I see nothing has changed in the Vale Guardian / Gorseval mechanic wise (I've not done Sabetha). I've not been to other raids, so if you'll be trying those, I'll first have to watch on yt what's the fuss is about.

Welcome to stage2 and in the guild as an applicant, I've sent you an invite already.
The goal is to get to know each other and chat, play, see whether we fit. Just be yourself. Don't worry, it's not a test of any kind, it's more spending time together thus feel free to ask on the guild chat for company any time. Mind, this will take as long as we need to decide:)
Applicants are expected to participate both of the weekly raids, these are at the following times currently (also posted ingame in the guild message):
Wednesdays at 20:30 CET
Sunday at 21:00 CET
Please contact any guild member, they can sign you up two weeks ahead.
